Make room for an activity or break · D10.9
Plan the logistics for an activity you already choose
You want to make space for a familiar physical activity that suits you.
Everyday practice
Try these steps
- Choose an activity you already know fits your needs and preferences.
- Identify the practical barrier: time, transport, equipment, access, or company.
- Arrange one logistical detail and choose when to reconsider the plan; increasing intensity is not part of this exercise.
An example
I want to attend my usual class, so I check the accessible route and put the session in my calendar.
Reflect
Was the main barrier logistical, or does the plan need a different kind of support?
Next time
Adapt the arrangement to your circumstances rather than treating consistency as a moral test.
