Learn from a small everyday test · S10.10

Try a small action to learn more

Thinking alone is not answering an ordinary, low-risk question.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Write the question you want to learn about and your current prediction.
  2. Choose a small, reversible action that could provide relevant information.
  3. Try it and record what happened, including limits on what one attempt can tell you.

An example

I am unsure whether the new note layout helps. I use it for one short meeting and compare what I can find afterward.

Reflect

What did the attempt show, and what remains unknown?

Next time

Repeat or adapt only if more information would be useful.
