Try these steps

1. Write one statement that fits the facts.
2. Write another relevant statement that may seem opposed but can also be true.
3. Join them with 'and,' then choose an action that acknowledges both.

I need rest, and this deadline matters. I can ask which part is essential today.

Can both statements stand without either being minimized?
