Tell a fuller account of an experience · S13.7

Describe what changed after a challenge

You want to reflect on an experience without being told it was good for you.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. State the challenge and its costs plainly.
  2. Identify what changed afterward, including skills, limits, losses, support, or no clear change.
  3. Choose what you want to carry forward and what you would rather not repeat.

An example

I learned that I need clearer deadlines, and the experience was still unnecessarily stressful.

Reflect

Can learning and loss both remain in the account?

Next time

Leave questions unresolved if there is no clear lesson.
