Try these steps

1. Name one value and an ability you have used in a real situation.
2. Describe a way that ability could serve the value now, including its limits.
3. Choose a small action or ask someone you trust to help identify a realistic option.

I value inclusion and can organize details. I could check whether the meeting information is easy to find.
